Victoria, also known as the City of Gardens is the "Niagra Falls" of the west coast when it comes to garden weddings. From a small initmate group of 4 people all the way up to 250 people we highly recommend a wedding ceremony and /or reception next door at Hatley Gardens
Have a beautiful wedding in Hatley Gardens with up to 50 guests in the Italian Gardens, or up to 250 guests for a Croquet Lawn ceremony.
* Exclusive use of one of our beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony locations for a 2.5 hour period between 9am – 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays;
* Reserve our Italian Garden for a wedding of up to 50 guests or the Croquet Lawn for a wedding of up to 250 guests;
* Pre site inspection and meeting with event coordinator;
* List of preferred suppliers such as florists, photographers, décor companies and musicians;
* Outdoor public address system and microphone;
* Set up and tear down of up to 150 outdoor folding chairs;
* Registry table and chair;
* Access to garden location, Japanese garden and Neptune staircase for photos during rental time;
* Access to Castle's lower level washrooms for guests;
* Dressing room for bridal party, complete with full length mirror and water service;
* Coordinating tent rental as a back up plan for rainy days – (rental fees not included);
* Coordinating rental of additional chairs and décor if required – (rental fees not included);
* Free Parking for bridal party and guests;
* ‘Day of ’ coordinator to assist with the ceremony logistics, 30 minutes prior to booking time until 30 minutes after last guest departs.
